Uncaring Company

MGC Mortgage is refusing to accept the payments from the program. I have been having issue after issue with his company and it has become very frustrating. They have not been reporting any of my payment history to the Credit Bureau at all and when I tried to get a Home Equity Loan it keeps showing there is no equity in my home. I have been in my home since 2004.
Companies tell me something is not right and I should have equity in my home. So I feel I am stuck with this company who does not care about the customer at all and I have to continue to fight with this company every year in order to keep my home.

Insurance Department NEVER recieves anything dont know nothing
I am so sick of every year having to fight with this company behind my home insurance they always want to buy insurance for my home when I have my own insurance I have sent it to them my insurance company faxed it 2 times or more and I still notification that they are paying for a policy when i have my own. I even don't have any equity in my home which is very unusual that I had it before they decided to refinance my home and charge me out the world for something i no longer have with them and they never deducted anything off.
this company is a rip off.
They better get to looking for all the declaration pages that was sent to them for my home. I do not need your insurance MGC I have my own I been sent over the declaration page and my insurance company did to.

Worst mortgage company ever!
I've been stuck with them for 12 years. They have always been a JOKE!
Terrible customer service, payments are applied to the wrong place, and I end up calling every single day talking to different people hoping to fix the problem with no luck!
On top of that, my mortgage doesn't even show on my credit report!! Something's fishy here.

I agree. We need to do a class action suit against them.
I set up a repayment plan. When I called back to make the final payment the customer service rep.
that I talked to destroyed the plan. She put the payment on January instead of December, therefore they had to restart another plan. They need to train their representatives better.
I am very disappointed. They would never let me speak to a manager either
