One year later and I have yet to get anywhere with this company. They are known as MGC Mortgage, Dovenmuehle or LNV.

There are so many legal actions against them. I encourage you to fight against them and try your hardest to the work needed to keep your home, the more time that passes the harder it gets to have people help you. I am left in an unfortunate situation but I'm going to start from the beginning.

I'm going to file complaints with all the agencies I can until I get an answer! I will not stop.

As of Friday, March 8th, we found out that MGC is using Dovenmuehle mortgage to service their loans. (which I have researched and they have their own set of complaints posted about them). They requested ALL of my information once again for a possible loan modification (we'll see!) Will keep you posted!

To whom it may concern AT MGC! - After losing my job back in 2007, for the past 5 1/2 years I have been trying to work with YOU to get me a modification, a deed in lieu, a restructure of my loan, a short sale and YOU will not budge!!!

I have had lawyers, realtors, short sale specialists, forclosure specialists, you name it we have worked with them to try and get YOU poeple to work with us and after YOU finally agreed to entertain a shortsale, we get a buyer, they put down a deposit, we agreed to all the terms and conditions YOU asked for, YOU *** on us and request that I needed to sign a $30,000 promissory note in order for YOU to approve the shortsale! What in the world is MGC thinking??? I have reported YOU to the District Attorney's office, filed a complaint to the Dept of Finance and I'm thinking I need to hire an attorney to prove how fraudulent YOU are!

I can't ever move forward financially because of your illegal process and how it has ruined us for God only knows how long!

Beware. This company is owned by billionaire D.

Andrew Beal. Pays attorneys and magistrate judges off to win, true story, substantiated by many across the country. MGC Mortgage Inc. claims to service for LNV Corporation.

LNV Corporation is not a real company except on paper. Something definitely not right. Covered up by many governmental authorities, those at least that D. Andrew Beal has paid off.

All that work for him are attorneys including Erica Fitzpatrick Thomas who claims to want to help you by posting messages from MGCESCALATIONS. These folks submit fraudulent documents to the court. This massive Ponzi scheme devised as a syndicated debt covenant is coming to an end relatively soon. This company lies, steals, and cheats.

Nothing this company says is true. Nothing.

All they say can be disputed. Do your homework.

I am sorry to hear about your problem but here is the thing investors don't want a short sale because they don't have your title and any real paperwork to give to anyone.....if you really want to live in your home you should raise your SWORD and fight back! Good Luckstopmgcmortgage@***.com

Newsflash: MGC Mortgage of Lake Zurich IL (Plano TX and Paradise Nevada) is inept and incompetent for the most part, and has deceptive business practices and acts illegally. This company does not have a license in MANY states.

They are using Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc as a front. Look up the officers that make up MGC as well as the rest of these companies and you will begin to see a pattern. Do your homework and do it thoroughly, or lose your home by facing a lawsuit for foreclosure by LNV Corporation, not MGC...though they are one and the same and interconnected heftily. Perhaps you loan was made with hedge funds?

This company mysteriously acquired many loans, but not legally and is robbing many blindly.

Gather your paperwork and review it all very closely. Cross reference everything. Understand your case from front to back. Find out how exactly MGC acquired your loan.

Get an audit done if need be. Hire a lawyer if need be. I will guarantee you, there will be gross irregularities and inconsistencies as well as possible fabrications in your documents. Look up who owns or has primary interest in MGC Mortgage and LNV Corporation.

Look too to see if at any time you were with GMAC. Oh, how the story unfolds. Oh too, get a payment history going back to the inception of the loan, ten to one, they don't have it.

Protect yourself and record everything they say or get it in writing. Good Luck!

Update! They denied our Loan Modification.

Am I surprised. No! MGC is telling me that my next best option will be to short sale. Guess What, I tried that almost 2 years ago and they screwed that up too!

Going for another shot at a short sale and will keep you posted. Going to keep fighting!

If you get an attorney and he wants to do a class action suit, I'm in.
