Well I have had the same ongoing problem with MGC
mortgage as most of the other posters that have submitted complaints. Since July we have asked to receive statements and
proof that our payments are getting credited to our account.
I finally received a statement from MGC and it's totally wrong. They haven't credited all of my payments and now say that I owe them $5000 dollars. The amount due doesn't have any description just a flat $5000 dollars, how did they get that figure? What can we do with this company? They are horrible and
customer service is almost
non existent. We have spoken to the same two people in the office and they assure us they will find out what is going on with our account! Are they the only two people in the whole company? What is going on? Has anyone else received a statement yet? If so is it accurate?

File a complaint with your local Commissioner of Financial Regulations!!!! I was advised to spread the word by their Financial Examiner. Then find others in your state to complain too. They are helping me and I see the light at the end of the tunnel : )
